    两段式煤气发生炉各层化学反应式:

    1)灰层作用

    ①灰渣由氧化层沉降下来,温度比较高,当空气和水蒸汽鼓入之后进行热量交换,将汽化剂预热;②由于渣层被汽化剂冷却降温,铺在炉篦上起到保护作用;③灰渣分布在炉篦上呈疏松状,可以起到均匀分布鼓风的作用。

    2)氧化层作用是使空气中的氧气和碳进行急剧的化学反应,生成二氧化碳,同时放出大量热量,为以上的各层反应供热。氧化层反应式:C+O2→CO2+热量;

    3)还原层作用是生成煤气中的主要可燃物还原层反应式:CO2+CO→CO;H2O+C→H2+CO2;H2O+C→H2+CO2;

    4)干馏层的作用是析出煤中挥发分及其他干馏物,使煤变成焦碳;

    5)干燥层的作用是把煤中的水分蒸发,为下层准备好干燥的煤。

    煤气发生炉在实用的过程中,料层的表面是相当清晰的。而且能够从探火孔看到料层的表面,非常的清晰。

    那么是什么原因导致的煤气炉料层表面浑浊而且呈沸腾状?产生这种情况的原因有一下几个方面

    1、使用颗粒较小的煤,筛分效率过低,粉煤带入炉中;

    2、雨天煤块潮湿,粉煤过筛不净;

    3、使用机械强度或热强度低的煤炭;

    以上三种情况会造成探火孔向炉内窥视是非常浑浊的现象。发生这种情况通常会怎么解决呢?

    1、改善入炉煤的质量,即减少粉煤带入;

    2、气化强度降低,防止炉内情况恶化。减少煤气的发热量
