两段式煤气发生炉冷运转处理方法Treatment method for cold running of two-stage gas generator

    两段式煤气发生炉管道阻塞的防范措施:

    1、煤气发生炉冷态运转的特征及判别煤气发生炉冷态运转的特征可从以下几方面进行判别:

    (1)从炉温可以看出,煤气炉出口温度低于技术目标,关于Ø3000mm煤气发生炉,炉出口温度一般定为400℃;

    (2)翻开探火孔调查,炉面呈暗红色;

    (3)插钎查看时,钎上所示氧化层区域呈现暗红色,乃至有时分不出火层区域;

    (4)煤气质量差。取样剖析,可见混合煤气中一氧化碳和氢的含量都较低;

    (5)炉渣取样剖析,含碳量也高。

    2、煤气发生炉冷态运转构成的因素及处理办法

    (1)饱满温度太高,当向炉内供风中的水蒸气含量高时,使炉内及火层的温度下降,这么不只使得碳不能充沛氧化,炉渣中碳含量高;并且由于炉温低,不能充沛供应二氧化碳复原和水蒸气分化所需求的热量,使煤气中的一氧化碳和氢含量都很低。

    呈现这种工况时,应下降饱满温度,办法是削减供风中水蒸气量,逐步进步炉温,使炉内氧化层温度康复正常,然后将饱满温度调理至正常值。

    (2)煤气发生炉运转时,操作者未能根据煤气产值及时调理加煤量、出煤量,形成煤层太厚、灰层太薄,有时乃至没有灰层,使进入炉内的空气未能充沛预热,炉内温度下降,反响恶化,煤气出口温度低,煤气中的一氧化碳和氢含量下降,炉渣中碳含量增高。呈现这种工况时,应削减或中止出灰、加煤,培育火层,使炉内火层散布逐步康复正常。一起严格控制灰盘水位,避免灰盘水位过高。

    (3)煤气炉煤气发作量太低,炉内气化速度慢,炉温低。遇到这种状况,如果多台炉子出产,可将出产炉数削减,添加出产炉的鼓风量,使其康复正常。本事端发作于单台炉子出产煤气,又处于窑炉保温待产,操作中一味地削减煤气发作量,忽略了发作炉冷态运转事端的发作,形成煤气炉出口温度过低,煤气管道阻塞。

    在单台炉子出产,窑炉所需的煤气量又少的状况下,为了避免管道阻塞,可以采纳煤气发作正常出产,过量煤气有些放散的办法保持煤气出口温度,但这么会使燃料煤耗费高,放散的煤气形成环境污染,所以,此种处理办法不可取。但为了避免焦油凝聚、尘埃黏附形成煤气管道阻塞,待产窑炉保温阶段,煤气发生炉出产可采用间歇式,使窑炉保温时期不再保持恒温,而是在一定的温度范围内变化,当炉温达高温段时煤气保压停炉。当炉温达低温段时,煤气发生炉再正常出产供气,窑炉升温直至高温段,然后停煤气保压。如此循环使煤气管道停煤气时冷凝下来的焦油在输送煤气时又汽化随煤气带走,就可以避免焦油凝聚、尘埃黏附形成的煤气管道阻塞。

(1) The full temperature is too high, when the water vapor content in the air supply to the furnace is high, so that the temperature in the furnace and fire layer drops, so that not only the carbon cannot be abundant oxidation, the carbon content in the slag is high;And the low temperature of the furnace does not provide sufficient heat for carbon dioxide recovery and water vapor differentiation, resulting in low carbon monoxide and hydrogen content in the gas.

Under such a working condition, the full temperature should be reduced by reducing the amount of water vapor in the wind, gradually improving the furnace temperature, making the oxide layer temperature in the furnace recover to normal, and then adjusting the full temperature to the normal value.
